Role Overview: Phone Dating Consultant

This role does NOT involve selling over the phone - we are looking for self-driven and adaptable telecallers to reach out to our existing leads for the purpose of screening eligible candidates and confirming their interests in meeting the right one for a long term relationship.

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential clients to schedule in-person appointments (cold calling)
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
• “Go the extra mile” to hit monthly target of calls and appointments made
• Record the client’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard company reputation.

Ideal Candidates

• Highly proficient in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing is a huge plus
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
