Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, confident and sales-driven Sales Associate to promote our beauty products and treatment packages while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products and treatments.
Promote treatment packages, memberships, products and ongoing promotions.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and sales.
Handle customer enquiries and provide product/treatment information.
Assist with appointment bookings and basic store operations.
Maintain a clean, welcoming and professional sales environment.
Work closely with the beauty team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in sales, retail, beauty, skincare or customer service is preferred.
Strong interest in beauty and skincare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic and target-oriented.
Willing to learn about beauty products, treatments and sales techniques.
Singapore beauty/retail sales experience will be an advantage.
