Full Time Senior Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in STORE N GO SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description:

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

2. Monitor and analyze revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), operating expenses, and profit margins.

3. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including tracking actual performance against budget and explaining variances.

4. Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and business growth.

5. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring collections and payment schedules.

6. Analyze e-commerce financial performance, including sales trends, pricing, discounts, returns, and platform-related fees.

7. Track and evaluate key business metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Order Value (AOV), and conversion rates.

8. Assess and optimize marketing spend and campaign ROI across digital channels and marketplaces.

9. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.

10. Prepare necessary documentation and schedules to support internal and external audits.

11. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

12. Support implementation and enhancement of financial systems, ERP, and reporting tools.

13. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.

14. Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

15. Supervise, review, and guide junior finance team members, ensuring quality of work and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
