About the role

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Communication Application specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kuala Lumpur. This is a strategic position within our Product Management & Development division, where you will play a crucial role in developing and optimising communication solutions that directly impact our customers' experience. The Customer Communication Application role is fundamental to how we deliver value to our clients, ensuring seamless and effective interactions across multiple channels and touchpoints.

• Position- Application analyst

  Exp-3 yrs

  Area- Customer Communication Management (CCM)

  Programming Language- Apache Groovy, Java, PowerShell, Windows Batch

  Database- MSSQL or any other relational database

  Framework / Platform- Spectrum ETL

  EngageOne Designer (formerly Doc1 Designer)

  EngageOne e-Messaging (for emails, SMS, WhatsApp)

  Note: The above is preferred but if unable can be other technology supporting the Area.
