Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our client’s technology team within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack applications, contributing to both backend and frontend development, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop backend applications and services using Java and Kotlin within the Spring/Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js.
• Implement and integrate asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka or ActiveMQ.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development best practices.
• Work effectively within an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience with Kotlin. Candidates without Kotlin experience may be considered if they demonstrate advanced-level Java expertise.
• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js.
• Experience with Kafka or ActiveMQ, with a good understanding of asynchronous frameworks.
• Strong understanding of full-stack application development and software engineering practices.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS will be an added advantage.
