Job Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding
Handling monthly payroll, overtime computation, leave and benefits administration, insurance and work pass matters
Managing employee confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, salary review and termination processes
Supporting manpower planning, headcount monitoring, HR reporting and annual performance appraisal / bonus exercises
Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with MOM guidelines and Singapore employment regulations
Handling employee queries and working closely with employees across different levels, including management
Supporting Learning & Development activities, including training needs analysis, training planning, training coordination and maintaining training records
Liaising with training providers and government agencies on training grants and claims
Supporting HR projects and process improvements as required
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or itsequivalent.
Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
