PART-TIME PROMOTER

We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-oriented Part-Time Promoter to join our team.

Position: Part-Time Promoter
Employment Type: Part-Time
Rate: RM10/hour
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (Rotational)
Location: iSetan KLCC

SHIFT SCHEDULE

Staff will be scheduled according to a monthly rotational roster.

Morning Shift
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
8 working hours + 1-hour break

Evening Shift
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
8 working hours + 1-hour break

Full-Day Shift
9:30 AM – 10:00 PM
11.5 working hours + 1-hour break

Off Day: According to the monthly roster.

Promoters are required to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis, depending on operational requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approach and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and explain products, services and promotions to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Promote products and encourage sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on ongoing promotions.
• Ensure the promotional area/display is clean, attractive and well organised.
• Assist with stock arrangement and replenishment when required.
• Record customer feedback and sales-related information when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Perform other duties related to promotional activities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commit to the assigned rotational schedule.
• Previous promoter, retail or sales experience is an advantage.
