Job Description

Responsibilities

Interior Designer & Project Manager | Superfat Designs | Relocate to Singapore | Open to International Applicants

Showflats aren't real homes. That's what makes them the best design brief in the industry — no client living in it for a decade, overriding your palette with their own compromises. Just pure spatial seduction, designing the version of a life someone wants badly enough to sign on the dotted line. It's design as desire, and desire sells units.

Superfat Designs builds these spaces — and more — across Singapore. We work across residential, commercial, hospitality, and showflat projects, recognized with the Design Excellence Award, A'Design Award, and featured in Habitus Living and Home & Decor Singapore.

We're growing our team and hiring for two roles: Interior Designer and Project Manager. Open to applicants worldwide. Relocation to Singapore required — this is not a remote or commuter role. Employment Pass sponsorship provided for the right candidate. Fluent English essential.

Interior Designer (1–5 years)

Work directly with our design leads and directors to develop concepts from early exploration through to bespoke, high-quality delivery — including showflat work, where every material, light angle, and placed object is doing psychological work. Open to junior designers looking to grow, as well as more experienced hires ready to take on greater ownership.

  • Design show-stopping concepts built to sell a lifestyle, not just fill a floorplan

  • Own specific design explorations and bring your own point of view to the table

  • Build and refine 3D models, and help translate ideas into buildable, coordinated drawings

  • Liaise with contractors, consultants and suppliers on specifications

  • Manage your own timelines across multiple concurrent projects

Requirements:

Recognized certification in Interior Design

  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience
  • Confident in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Chaos Vray
  • A strong eye for atmosphere and narrative-driven design

Project Manager — Design & Site (4–5 years)

Own a project end-to-end — from design coordination through to what actually gets built on site, including our fast-turnaround showflat work, where timelines don't wait. A hybrid role: as comfortable in a design review as walking a site with contractors.

  • Own project timelines end-to-end, from design development through site handover

  • Coordinate between design teams, contractors, consultants and suppliers

  • Track and resolve issues before they become delays

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality against design intent

  • Manage documentation, specifications and approvals

Requirements:

Min. 4-5 years' PM experience in interior design, architecture, or construction

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Sketchup
  • Comfortable across both design coordination and site execution

What you'll get (both roles)

  • Up to SGD 7,500/month, depending on experience

  • Employment Pass sponsorship and relocation support

  • OT / transport claims

  • Real design and project ownership — plus portfolio pieces that actually turn heads; showflats shoot like nothing else in residential design

To apply: Send your CV (and portfolio, for Designer applicants) to *****************, with the role you're applying for — "Interior Designer" or "Project Manager" — in the email subject line.
