Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
8.30am to 6pm
Job Scope:
️ Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
️ Prepare shipping and import/export documents
️ Monitor shipments and delivery status
️ Process invoices accurately
️ Ensure smooth import/export operations
Relevant experience in the shipping or logistics industry will be an advantage
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
