Key Job Functions:
• Active communication and engagement with customer and internal team to ensure orders are processed promptly.
• Coordinate with internal team and customer on order’s delivery timeline.
• Support and work with commercial team for sales reporting and forecasting.
• Provide commercial team for operational support when necessary.
• Attend to customer enquiries: pricing. MOQ, quality, delivery etc
