WE’RE HIRING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team.

JOB SCOPE

• Responsible to prepare fullset account in timely manner
• Prepare Financial Statement
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and others third party.
• Prepare estimation of yearly tax.
• Review monthly payment voucher & supporting document.
• Oversee & approve daily payment
• Ensure stok or PO opened in timely manner.
• Calculate stock for closing account.
• Ensure all payment is made before dateline
• Submition e-invoice.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or related field.
• Preferably 2 –3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of full set accounts, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Financio.
• Understanding external audit requirements, LHDN compliance, and e-invoice system guidelines
• Detail-oriented with good analytical, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

WORKING HOURS:

Sunday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Saturday: Closed

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
