As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and act as a direct extension of the executive leadership. This role exists to ensure the company runs effectively, decisively, and sustainably.

The Product Manager will oversee Product and Digital Experience. You will translate high-level strategy into executable operating plans, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and make final operational decisions when trade-offs are required.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable operating in complexity, making high-impact decisions, and holding teams accountable for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily standups and weekly planning.
• Track execution (priorities, owners, deadlines, blockers).
• Ensure tickets/specs are ready for dev (clear flow, edge cases, acceptance criteria).
• Drive UI/UX that is shippable (user flow, logic, edge cases, localization).
• Lead improvements using data (session replays, drop-offs, complaints).
• Align Product/UIUX/DX with Dev/Clients and unblock fast.
• Hold team accountable to outcomes (coach or step in on underperformance).

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, general management, or senior leadership roles
• Proven experience running multi-function teams
• Has directly owned execution, not just strategy or advisory roles
• Experience scaling teams, processes, or systems in a fast-moving environment
