Responsibilities
Planning and Design:
Analyze maps, survey reports, and test data to create structural blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Site Supervision:
Visit construction sites to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and solve on-site technical issues.
Project Management:
Estimate project costs, manage material budgets, and keep construction schedules on track.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all building plans and safety protocols adhere to local legal guidelines and environmental standards.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with architects, contractors, and public authorities to coordinate project execution.
