Project Manager (M&E | A&A Projects | 5.5 days)

This is a BCA-registered Main Contractor specialising in A&A (Alteration & Addition) works for commercial, institutional, and residential projects, primarily serving public sector clients including JTC Corporation, Singapore Food Agency, DSTA, National Library Board, and PUB 

  Plan, coordinate, and control M&E works to meet project requirements and timelines.

  Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and coordinate shop drawings.

  Schedule and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.

  Liaise with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

  Conduct M&E coordination meetings and report progress and issues to the Project Manager.

  Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  Support M&E changes and approvals in compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

  Minimum Degree in any M&E or Building Services.

  Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore

  Independent with good communication skills
