Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing Payments: Accept cash, credit cards, and digital wallet payments using the bar’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Managing Tabs: Open, update, and close customer tabs accurately, ensuring drinks match the correct bills.
• Cash Handling: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of the shift and balance the daily sales records.
• Customer Service: Greet patrons, answer basic menu or pricing questions, and direct guests to seating or bartenders.
• Support Staff: Coordinate with bartenders and servers to clear up billing questions and maintain a clean counter area.
• Inventory Control : Involve in inventory count weekly and submitting to the office

Required Skills and Qualifications

• POS Proficiency: Experience with hospitality POS systems like Raptor, ePOS, etc.
• Math Skills: Strong basic arithmetic to count change and reconcile daily receipts quickly.
• Communication: Friendly and professional demeanor to handle busy crowds or intoxicated patrons calmly.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Residency : Local Singaporeans & Singapore PR's only.
