Job Summary

You will conduct car park patrols, manage illegal parking cases, and support service recovery to maintain a safe and orderly parking environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine car park patrols and perform vehicle checks to ensure compliance and safety
• Identify and address illegal parking cases promptly and professionally
• Respond to car park service recovery needs to resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance while updating defect records
• Capture photographic evidence during deployed duties for documentation
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid 2B driving license to operate company vehicles safely
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and integrity in all tasks
• Manage difficult situations calmly and fairly to maintain a positive environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior enforcement experience is advantageous but not essential for this role
