Job Overview
We are looking for a BIM Specialist to support building design and engineering projects through Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital design workflows. The role will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to maintain accurate BIM models and support efficient project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for building design and engineering projects.
• Support project teams with BIM coordination throughout the design and documentation stages.
• Review models and drawings to identify coordination issues and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate BIM information between architectural, structural, and engineering disciplines.
• Prepare and maintain BIM-related drawings, documentation, and project information.
• Assist project teams in implementing BIM standards, workflows, and modelling requirements.
• Perform model checks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Support the preparation of design presentations, project documentation, and model-based information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on BIM-related requirements.
• Maintain organised project files, models, and digital documentation.
• Assist with improving BIM workflows and digital project coordination processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in BIM, Building Services, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in BIM modelling, coordination, or building design projects.
• Familiarity with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or related tools.
• Good understanding of building design and project documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience in Singapore building or engineering projects will be an advantage.
