Full Time Senior Florist (Weddings-Events, 5.5 days) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Develop and create floral concepts and arrangements for weddings, events and styled installations, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.
• Manage floral stock, purchasing and preparation of weekly orders while coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior florists in daily production and order preparation.
• Support on-site floral setup, installation and maintenance at hotels and event venues, including larger-scale arrangements requiring on-site assembly.
• Contribute ideas for new floral products, designs and seasonal launches.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of floristry experience, with exposure to weddings and events.
• Strong eye for floral styling, colour coordination and overall presentation.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, organised and comfortable handling multiple orders and deadlines.
