About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable tanker company with a Singapore office. They are seeking a Chartering Executive to join their chartering team and support their product and chemical tanker operations.
Job Description
Manage chartering activities for product and chemical tankers
Work closely with cargo traders on cargo requirements and commercial decisions
Handle vessel nomination, vetting and compatibility assessments
Oversee post fixture management including documentation and follow-ups
Prepare market reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in product or chemical tanker chartering
Solid understanding of tanker markets and shipping operations
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Proficient in English
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
