Responsibilities
A Cleaning Services Manager oversees daily cleaning operations, ensureshealth and safety compliance, and manages staff schedules and performance tomaintain high hygiene standards. They are responsible for training employees,managing inventory of supplies and equipment, and maintaining clientsatisfaction. Key skills include leadership, organization, and attention todetail.
Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling cleaning teams to ensure efficient operations.
Inspecting facilities to ensure cleanliness meets company, health, and safety standards.
Developing cleaning schedules, managing inventory (supplies/chemicals), and ensuring equipment is functional.
Addressing client feedback, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and managing vendor relationships.
Ensuring all staff follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Managing budgets, approving timesheets, and preparing performance reports
Qualifications:
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Proven experience in a commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial role.
Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and staff interaction.
Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation regulations.
