Responsibilities
Salary: $11/Per hour (Part Time)
Working Time: 8.15 AM to 6.00 PM / 12.30 PM to 10.15 pm (Rotating Shift)
Working Days: 3-4 Days
Job Details:-
To operate the attraction and deliver high-quality guest services; Cable Car Stations along Mount Faber and Sentosa Line, at the following cable car stations:
1. Mount Faber
2. Harbour Front
3. Sentosa
4. Sensoryscape
5. Imbiah Lookout
6. Siloso Point
Duties of a Senior Attractions Host
* Open and close attractions.
* Perform duties at assigned deployments within the attractions.
* Conduct daily checks to ensure the attraction is maintained and operating in its best working condition at all times.
* Report any defects to the respective Attraction In-Charge and relevant departments.
* Lead the team in performing housekeeping schedules and assigned duties.
* Ensure general cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas in attraction.
* Welcome and provide excellent guest service to all guests
* Perform the role of usher or crowd controller at attractions.
* Actively participate in the implementation of activities organized at attractions.
* Monitor stock level of consumables (eg. brochures, first aid supplies, torch lights, batteries, etc.) and initiate replenishment as required.
* Ensure operational procedures are consistently adhered to.
* Ensure the safety of guests at all times.
* Manage guests during attraction downtime or in emergency situations.
* Work cohesively with fellow Attractions Host to deliver operational and service excellence.
* Undertake the role of Attraction In-Charge (IC) when necessary.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by MFLG.
