Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes following recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent taste and presentation
• Execute daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations to meet service requirements
• Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety to comply with health regulations
• Prepare curries, gravies, sauces, rice, breads, and other Indian dishes with attention to quality and authenticity
• Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels, and food wastage to optimize kitchen resources
• Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain workflow and quality standards
• Assist in menu preparation and kitchen planning to support operational efficiency
• Maintain and properly operate kitchen equipment to ensure safety and functionality
