Your New Role

As a Project Manager (Fire Protection Systems), you will lead fast-paced fire protection projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of fire protection projects, including planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel while ensuring effective allocation of resources and manpower.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, technical submissions, and material approvals to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, local authority requirements, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve project issues, manage inspections, and drive projects through to final acceptance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing fire protection system projects within the construction or M&E industry.
• Strong technical expertise in fire protection systems, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of local fire safety regulations, authority requirements, and M&E services such as ACMV, Electrical, and Plumbing.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills, supported by proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools.
