Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Kometsoft (M) Sdn. Bhd Federal Territory - Maukerja

Kometsoft Sdn Bhd is looking for a Finance Executive to support our daily finance and administrative activities. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with 2–4 years of finance experience who is able to work independently and is keen to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and administrative matters.
• Prepare invoices, payment documents and other finance-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records and filing.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in tracking company and project-related expenses.
• Prepare finance reports and summaries when required.
• Liaise with internal teams to obtain information and supporting documents for finance purposes.
• Assist with other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and develop new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
