Responsibilities

Bar Operations

• Prepare juices, smoothies, and simple blended drinks following set recipes and portion sizes for consistent quality.
• Operate blenders, juicers, and a simple POS system while handling cash and small card transactions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing tasks including equipment checks, setting up service stations, and basic cleaning routines.
• Follow temperature and storage rules for fresh produce and chilled items to reduce waste and maintain freshness.

Customer Experience

• Greet guests warmly, take orders clearly, and suggest add-ons in a friendly, non-pushy way.
• Serve drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets our JUICEMAX standards.
• Handle simple customer feedback or pass on concerns to a supervisor to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Keep service times efficient during peak periods while maintaining quality.

Stock & Hygiene

• Monitor daily ingredient usage and record stock movements to support timely reordering.
• Rotate produce and supplies to minimise spoilage and follow cleanliness checklists for the counter area.
• Assist with basic supplier receiving and put-away tasks to keep stock organised.
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleaning standards to meet food safety expectations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 years of formal experience required; we welcome fresh starters who are eager to learn on the job.
• SPM or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory if you have a positive attitude and willingness to train.
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays as required for retail hours.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg for routine stock handling.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic juicing and drink preparation skills, including measuring portions and following recipes.
• Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn quick transaction handling and simple cash reconciliation.
• Understanding of basic food safety and storage practices for fresh produce.
• Simple stock counting and recording skills to support inventory checks.
