2.Role Description: The Project Manager – HR and Finance Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role leads client projects focused on HR and finance transformation, including scoping engagements, planning project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, developing recommendations on HR policies and processes, supporting finance process improvements, and preparing client-ready reports and presentations. The Project Manager oversees project execution, monitors progress against milestones, manages risks and issues, and ensures deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The role also involves facilitating client meetings and workshops, documenting outcomes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal consulting methodologies.

3.Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation within HR or finance-related projects.
• Strong HR consulting capabilities, such as exposure to organizational design, HR policies and processes, performance management, and change management.
• Sound finance and business advisory skills, including understanding of financial workflows, budgeting, reporting, and process optimization in SME environments.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to translate complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client stakeholders and internal teams.
• HR certifications (IHRP Certified Professional preferred, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc.) (for HR PM).
• CA (Singapore), ISCA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent certification (for Finance PM)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced consulting environment, high level of ownership, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on-site in Singapore.
