Full Time Electricity Retail Field Sales - Campaign Lead Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in INNOADZ PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Electricity Retail Business Lead to launch, develop and grow our electricity retail sales project in Singapore.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the project, develop the go-to-market strategy, build sales channels and lead the team towards measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the electricity retail business plan

• Work with licensed electricity retailers and industry partners

• Evaluate electricity plans, customer segments and market opportunities

• Build customer-acquisition channels through roadshows, partnerships and agent networks

• Recruit, train and manage the sales team

• Develop sales processes, scripts, targets and incentive structures

• Monitor sales, conversion, renewal and customer-retention performance

• Ensure marketing and sales activities comply with industry requirements

• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant electricity retail or energy industry experience

• Good understanding of Singapore’s Open Electricity Market and electricity price plans

• Proven experience launching or growing an electricity retail sales project

• Strong business development, sales and team-management capabilities

• Existing relationships with electricity retailers, commercial customers or sales channels are an advantage

• Commercially minded, hands-on and results-driven

• Able to take ownership of the project and work independently
