About the Role
We are looking for Insurance Executives and an Insurance Supervisor to support our fast-growing business.
The Executive’s responsibilities include:
- Generate insurance quotations and liaise with insurers to support customers’ and partners’ insurance needs
- Respond to customer and partner enquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads for prospective customers to support new business acquisition and conversion
- Manage policy renewal processes, including proactive follow-up with customers and insurers to ensure timely renewals and retention
- Maintain consistent and accurate filing systems for insurance policies and related documentation
- Support customer relationship management activities through regular follow-ups and direct engagement through WhatsApp and email
The Supervisor’s responsibilities will also include:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring cases are followed up on, prioritised, and completed in a timely manner
- Monitor service standards and proactively resolve or escalate outstanding issues to ensure prompt, professional customer and partner support
- Supervise and guide the Executive team, driving operational discipline, accuracy, and consistent execution of processes
Role Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in general insurance, motor insurance, or a related insurance role
- Good knowledge of General Insurance products and processes, including quotations, policy terms, NCD, claims, and insurer requirements
- Completion of General Insurance papers (BCP, PGI & ComGI) will be a strong advantage
- Good written and spoken English to communicate with diverse customers
- Proficient use of insurer portals, CRM systems, Merimen, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills in engaging customers and partners
- For Supervisor level: Prior experience managing an operations team is required
