Responsibilities
Maintenance Engineer (F&B / Kitchen Equipment & HVAC)
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, ACMV/HVAC, and general facilities across multiple outlets and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, dishwashers, boilers, induction cookers, and ice makers.
Service refrigeration systems, including chillers, freezers, and ice machines.
Maintain air-conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, AHU, and FCU systems.
Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and repairs for single- and three-phase systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and equipment downtime.
Handle minor plumbing and general facility repairs.
Maintain spare parts inventory and service records.
Respond quickly to urgent equipment breakdowns.
Requirements
Electrical licence or relevant Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration/ACMV.
3–5 years’ experience in kitchen equipment, refrigeration, ACMV/HVAC, or facilities maintenance.
F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and respond to emergencies.
Valid Class 3 driving licence is required.
