Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Team in managing and enhancing Transaction Banking products and services.
• Assist in product development initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including business, operations, technology, and compliance teams.
• Participate in requirement gathering, user testing, and product implementation activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to product performance and initiatives.
• Support project execution to ensure timely delivery of product-related enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Mandatory: Internship experience in a Product Team, Product Development, Digital Banking, Business Analysis, System Development, or related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products, digital banking, or product lifecycle management is an added advantage.
