Job Purpose

Supports daily Club management while owning key Operations Department administration, reporting, scheduling and coordination requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as duty manager and provide floor-management coverage when assigned.
• Prepare operational reports, schedules and documentation.
• Support roster preparation and manpower records.
• Maintain departmental SOPs, checklists and operational records.
• Coordinate employee training records and departmental administration.
• Track maintenance, equipment and operational follow-up items.
• Support purchasing and operating-supply administration.
• Coordinate internal department communications and meeting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding action items and follow up with responsible parties.
• Maintain accurate, organised and confidential operational records.

Requirements

• Relevant supervisory/management experience in hospitality.
• Strong administration, documentation, organisation and operational understanding.
• Good communication, attention to detail and Microsoft Office capability.
• Ability to balance administrative and duty-management responsibilities.
