Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Lead daily manpower planning to ensure operational requirements are met in a cost-effective manner and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs and plan/forecast the required manpower and resources.
  • Manage employee attendance and make necessary adjustments to manpower deployment when required.
  • Work closely with HR and Operations to improve manpower deployment efficiency and streamline operational processes.
  • Assist HR with MOM-related workforce matters and deliverables.
  • Implement and maintain information systems and processes to support manpower planning and deployment.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor manpower deployment during project periods to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Coordinate manpower security clearances and Permit-to-Work requirements where required.
  • Coordinate and conduct risk assessments for landscape maintenance activities and assist in implementing appropriate risk control measures.
  • Conduct routine site safety checks and follow up on safety observations, non-compliance and corrective actions.
  • Manage company vehicle maintenance requirements.
  • Manage company PPE issuance, distribution and related consumables.
  • Conduct routine reviews with HR and Operations to identify opportunities for operational and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with relevant government authorities on the renewal or application of necessary permits, licenses, consents and approvals.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Construction, Landscape or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in operations, manpower coordination, construction or landscape operations will be an advantage.
  • Good coordination, communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work with supervisors and site teams and conduct site visits when required.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, risk assessment and safe work practices will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to maintain operational and safety documentation.
