Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – National Healthcare Schemes, Operations Planning and Implementation

AIC is the appointed administrator for national schemes and sector development for private primary care. As a member of the operations planning and implementation team, you will be responsible for co-developing implementation strategies, executing action plans, identifying operational gaps, and providing actionable solutions to ensure that national programmes are administered efficiently, enabling more holistic care and better health outcomes for our population.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with policy teams to develop implementation strategies and operational action plans for the rollout of new initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and operational changes.
• Support the processing of CHAS and PHPC accreditation and partner onboarding activities.
• Support the development, implementation and review of SOPs and accreditation processes to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness for initiatives under CHAS and PHPC.
• Support other programmes and daily operations within the team as assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide secretariat support for workgroups and committees.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• Experience or understanding of the private primary care sector would be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
