Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Attend to incoming calls and general enquiries professionally.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, tidy and presentable.
Ensure lights, air-conditioning and other facilities are switched on/off as required.
Replenish bottled water in meeting rooms.
Assist with general reception and administrative duties as assigned.
