KITSUI is seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and passionate Content Creator to support our marketing initiatives specifically for the Malaysia and Indonesia market. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, thrives in the world of social media, and enjoys producing fresh, aesthetic, and impactful content within the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Plan, conceptualize, film, and edit creative short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Live tailored to the Indonesian audience.
• Develop and execute engaging content ideas that highlight KITSUI’s brand values, product benefits, and consumer stories.
• Ensure all content aligns with KITSUI’s tone, visual identity, and marketing strategy.

Campaign Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and regional team on campaign ideas, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create localized, culturally relevant content that resonates with the Indonesian audience.
• Occasionally host or appear in live sessions, product demos, or behind-the-scenes content.

Social Media Management & Analysis

• Write compelling captions and creative copy to accompany posts and videos.
• Monitor and analyze content performance; suggest improvements based on data and audience engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and lifestyle content creation.
• Confident on camera and comfortable in producing or hosting short videos.
• Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms especially in the Indonesian digital landscape.
• Creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and audience engagement.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
• Fresh graduates with strong content portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
