What You’ll Do
- Proactively contact new and existing clients (Agencies & Advertisers) via phone, chat, and email
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions
- Build strong relationships and improve client experience through optimal product adoption
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients, driving revenue growth
- Provide pre- and post-sales support within your product expertise
- Become a subject matter expert on digital advertising solutions
- Analyze trends, identify challenges, and deliver practical solutions
- Share valuable product insights and advertiser feedback
- Champion advertiser success stories and business growth outcomes
- Use multiple tools to support and accelerate advertisers’ success
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in digital advertising, online marketing, and B2B sales
- Problem-solver with an analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with targets and client portfolios
- Experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management is a plus
