Key Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidated accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review and close the monthly full set of accounts for property development entities, including profit recognition and tax computation.
• Supervise and guide team members on daily accounting operations and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare annual tax estimates and revisions for CP204 and CP204A submissions.
• Monitor banking facilities, cash flow position, and related financing matters.
• Work closely with the Sales Administration team to track daily collections and maintain accurate cash flow updates.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders on finance-related matters.
• Support overall accounting compliance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA / CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounts, group consolidation, profit recognition, and tax computation.
• Prior audit experience would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with IFCA is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and team supervision skills.
