Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer

Location: Tuas

What You'll Do

• Monitor plant performance and minimize downtime
• Plan manpower schedules and duty rosters
• Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions
• Support plant improvement and maintenance projects
• Manage vendors and contractors for cost-effective services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and audits
• Support inventory management and plant testing activities

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of E&I maintenance experience in a chemical plant is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
