Full Time Inside Sales - Procurement Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in DENETRON INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE LTD North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

You’ll be the operational backbone connecting our customers to our suppliers. That means managing the full order cycle — from initial quote to final delivery — while keeping purchasing, inventory, documentation, and reporting running smoothly.

What you’ll do

Sales & customer support

–     Prepare quotations, sales orders, and all customer-facing documents

–     Process orders with accuracy and follow up proactively until delivery

–     Manage and grow a portfolio of direct house accounts

–     Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues with professionalism and care

Purchasing &supplier management

–     Plan and place purchase orders aligned to sales demand

–     Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and lead times with our supplier network

–     Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective, on- time delivery

–     Monitor stock levels and consolidate shipments to optimise costs

Operations &administration

–     Maintain accurate records, filings, and operational documentation

–     Produce regular sales, procurement, and inventory reports for management

–     Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional support as the business needs it
