We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management Manager in planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering projects successfully.

Support the Project Management Manager in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery
Assist in monitoring project budgets by tracking expenses and reporting variances to maintain financial control
Prepare, organise, and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
Coordinate communication among project stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues promptly
Generate regular project status reports to inform leadership and stakeholders of progress and risks
Manage day-to-day project administration tasks to support smooth project operations and adherence to timelines
