Tax Assistant Manager / Tax Manager

Key Requirements

• 5-8 years relevant experience, incl. min. 3 years Transfer Pricing (international MNC preferred)
• Manages 1 Senior Executive; exposure to US and Group tax
• Strong grasp of transfer pricing and tax compliance; regional tax experience a plus
• Knowledge of US GAAP, MS Excel/Word, Oracle, HFM and OA systems
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or relevant certification (e.g. Accredited Tax Practitioner - Income Tax)
• Big 4 tax background preferred
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, committed to quality work
• Able to support night calls with overseas colleagues; willing to travel

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for local and overseas entities, coordinating with external agents on direct/indirect tax filing
• Prepare and review the group's transfer pricing documentation and CbCR per OECD/local requirements
• Prepare and review current and deferred tax provisions
• Liaise with tax authorities on assessments, audits, or investigations
• Support statutory audits and financial statement preparation
• Review contracts and advise on tax implications for ad-hoc queries
• Own overall tax compliance and support related projects as needed
