• PerformedDesktop Support services to users
• Receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end userhelp requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolution to address various endpoint relatedissues
• Perform technical escalation to onsite team if unable to resolve remotely
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups
• Update incident records
• Creates and update work instructions
• Document standards and procedures

Skill Description:

• Desirable: 1 year of Windows 10 and Microsoft Outlook Client
• Clear Spoken & Written English.
• Preferred: ITIL Foundation Certified and relevant technical skill certification
• 2 years experience providing desktop support
• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tool will be added advantages
• Demonstrate knowledge in the support of workstations, and related components
• Fluent inthe following applications: Microsoft Outlook Client, MS-Office O365
• Experiencewith desktop operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 10
• Goodverbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination skills
• Ability toprioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicates with teammates and managers
• Diploma inthe field of computer science or related and/or 1 year experience in IT industry.
