Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
Oversee digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing and website content.
Lead social media strategy, content planning and channel optimisation across multiple platforms.
Manage cross-functional and agency partnerships to deliver high-quality campaigns and brand initiatives.
Establish campaign measurement frameworks, monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Safeguard brand consistency across messaging, content and customer touchpoints.
Partner with senior marketing leadership on brand-building, customer engagement and new marketing initiatives.
Requirements
5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with experience managing integrated campaigns.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, content and campaign analytics.
Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
Experience working across multiple brands, markets or customer segments is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder and agency management capabilities.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
