Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor (Based in Kelana Jaya) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Bread Advertising Selangor - Maukerja

Our client, a local company involved in construction contracting, with expertise in ground engineering, foundation and substructures, marine structures, roads and bridges, and building works; is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based at their office in Kelana Jaya.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and overall cost performance; provide timely cost reports and financial forecasts to management.
• Manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including evaluation of quotations, negotiation of rates, and issuance of agreements.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, project managers, engineers, and site teams on all commercial matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Quantity Surveyors and junior team members; review submissions and ensure accuracy of work.
• Ensure proper project documentation and records are maintained for audit and contractual purposes.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
• To ensure that the QESH management system conforms to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards in the department.
• Comply with all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the Company’s QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) management system.
• Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company in line with the role and expertise.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
