[What the role is]

ASSISTANT MANAGER, CONTENT & WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (ONE MOTORING)

[What you will be working on]

You will be the administrator of LTA's OneMotoring portal, holding end-to-end accountability for its content strategy, design, and access management. You will lead a team to ensure the portal remains current, accurate, visually engaging, and compliant with prevailing publishing standards. This role requires close collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders and the ability to leverage AI tools and design capabilities to continuously elevate the portal's user experience.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in website management, digital content creation, or UX/UI design
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for content generation, image creation, data analytics, or workflow optimisation
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent CMS platforms preferred
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work and/or digital content projects would be advantageous
• Good visual sensibility with an eye for layout, typography, and user experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging content
• A self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and passionate about emerging digital trends
