We're looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador (Part-time) - a key figure in the overall online customer service experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

Prior experience in customer-facing role recommended, not required - but affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.
Per hourly rate will commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments
• Inspecting return items and processing store credits
• Troubleshooting customer concerns with a solution-driven mindset, and developing innovative, relevant solutions
• Ensuring excellent customer experience online and offline
• Conducting quality checks on defective items
• Assisting in stock inbounding and tagging
• Supporting the team with any assigned ad-hoc duties

Skills & Requirements

• Customer oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to various audiences
• Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive and a strong team player
• Able to commit at least 3 days a week
• Positive energy and approachable with a willingness to learn
• Great understanding of the brand aesthetics and values
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
