Full Time Sales Support Officer Jobs, in HABIB Group Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support the Sales Team with logistics, packaging, inventory and stock checking, and delivery preparation. The role will also ensure that the Sales Team has the necessary equipment, materials, and literature to perform their duties effectively.requirements.

Job Responsibility:

• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and packaging requirements for corporate clients.
• Prepare required items, props, and materials for TV programme shooting.
• Attend to and follow up on customer enquiries or complaints related to TV programmes.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support Executive on stock packaging and preparation to ensure timely fulfilment of sales requirements.
• Prepare and ensure stocks are ready for delivery to corporate clients and TV programme inbound requirements.
• Provide daily updates and activity reports to the Sales Support Executive.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives.
• Support the team in delivering excellent customer service to corporate clients.
• Organise and prioritise daily tasks effectively to support smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Work collaboratively with team members and relevant departments to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Continuously develop relevant knowledge and skills to improve individual and team effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• People-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, complaint handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Able to work professionally and calmly in handling challenging situations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
