Full Time Warehouse Operations Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, inventory accuracy, service quality and compliance with established processes, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy and service standards are met.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper inventory control.
• Manage manpower, overtime, material usage and operational costs.
• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping and retention of operational records.
• Handle and follow up on customer feedback and complaints.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and operational procedures.
• Conduct on-the-job training for warehouse staff.
• Ensure staff comply with established processes and maintain accuracy in data processing.
• Gather feedback from staff and customers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and customer service.
• Experience supervising or leading warehouse teams.
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
