Full Time Copier Technician (Indoor - Outdoor) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in ALIGN PLUS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are a leading office automation provider specializing in multi-functional printers (MFPs) and photocopiers. To support our expanding service team, we are hiring Experienced Technicians (3–5 years experience).

Both roles are based at our main office in Ubi, with TWO (2) distinct positions available depending on your transport availability:

1. POSITION OVERVIEW & COMPENSATION

• Position A: Indoor Technician

  • Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,200

  • Working Mode: Fully office-based, focusing on in-house machine repairs, testing, and refurbishment.

  • Vehicle Requirement: Not required.

• Position B: Outdoor Technician (Office + On-Site)

  • Salary Range: $2,400 – $3,600 + Transport Allowance

  • Working Mode: Office-based with regular dispatch to client sites for on-site machine servicing and repairs.

  • Vehicle Requirement: Must possess own personal vehicle (Class 2 or 3 license with own motorcycle, car, or van).

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Shared Job Scope)

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose, dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts across major MFP/copier brands.

• Servicing & Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance, part replacements (fuser units, rollers, drums, transfer belts), and complete overhauls.

• Machine Refurbishment: Inspect, restore, and rigorously test trade-in and rental units to prepare them for re-deployment.

• Network & IT Setup: Configure print drivers, TCP/IP network settings, Scan-to-Email, and Scan-to-Folder features.

• On-Site Dispatch (Outdoor Role Only): Travel directly to client premises for urgent breakdown fixes, routine field servicing, and basic end-user guidance.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on technical experience in servicing photocopiers/MFPs.

• Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for copiers, print-quality fault resolution, and basic network configuration skills (TCP/IP, Windows/Mac environments).

• Driver's License & Vehicle (Outdoor Role Only): Valid Class 2 or Class 3 license with personal transport to attend on-site service calls.
