Work from Home Supply Chain Executive (WFH Available) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Asia Recruit Selangor - Maukerja

• WFH for 1 day per week

Key responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, coordinate fulfilment and ensure timely delivery through 3PL partners
• Support inventory and spare parts management, including forecasting, stock planning and reporting
• Coordinate with sales, commercial, technical teams, suppliers, distributors and service partners on orders, pricing, delivery and product-related matters
• Monitor delivery and 3PL performance, follow up on outstanding issues and resolve ad hoc delivery problems
• Handle spare parts warranty claims, defective product returns and consumable claims
• Maintain product, pricing and order information in SAP and other relevant systems
• Prepare monthly inventory, sales and performance reports and analyse data to identify issues and improvements
• Coordinate import permits, SIRIM certifications and other relevant documentation
• Support general customer service, order administration and other supply chain activities as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, logistics or supply chain operations
• Experience in inventory/parts management, order fulfilment or working with 3PL partners will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; SAP experience is an advantage
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling large amounts of data

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
